PHASE 1 - There are 3 encased cards per box.  That’s 3 guaranteed hits per box * 6 boxes = 18 guaranteed hits.  We open the boxes, list the hits.  Then we random the buyers, and random the hits.  Each purchased spot will get an encased card.  

DISCLAIMER - This is a sealed case - however, sometimes a hit is missing.  We will handle it with Topps if that happens.

PHASE 2 - There are 6 additional packs per box, and 6 boxes.  These cards will be handled with Random Teams.  But wait, there’s 30 teams!  Using the checklist, we created some combo teams to create equal opportunity and a fair break across the 30 teams and 18 spots.
