2025-26 Panini Court Kings Basketball is the newest edition of the long-running artistic product that brilliantly blends color and design throughout base cards, rookies, inserts, and hits.

Though this year’s product is unlicensed and won’t feature NBA team names or logos and also includes college players and other amateur players on NIL deals, many themes familiar to collectors are returning.

The 100 base cards have the Court Kings logo prominently displayed within the design, which also includes some abstract art elements. There are numerous parallels available for the first 100 cards:

Collectors have come to appreciate Court Kings’ approach to rookies over the years, and the same tiered checklist returns for 2025-26.

Each of the five rookie tiers is distinct in its design and scarcity. The most common finds are Rookies I (two per hobby box), while cards from Rookies II, III, IV, and short-printed Rookies 0, combine to land once per hobby box.

Signed concepts within the product include Portrait Signatures, Legacy Portrait Signatures, Canvas Autographs, Next Day Autographs, and Next Day Dual Autographs.

The Next Day series includes hard-signed signatures from rookies selected in the 2025 NBA Draft, most notably VJ Edgecombe and Jeremiah Fears.

Combining signatures and memorabilia are Rookie Jersey Autographs, which can include prime swatches.

Standalone memorabilia sets include Debut Showcase, Art Nouveau, and Artistic Endeavors.

Artistry In Motion return as one of the product’s common insert themes, and it is joined by new Studio inserts. Select inserts have parallels:

Returning short-printed inserts include Aurora, Paint By Numbers, State Of The Art, and Le Cinque Più Belle (The Five Most Beautiful).

A popular theme for several years, Blank Slate, also returns as a tough find. These cards strip away almost everything but a player’s photo and basic information, and the Court Kings logo.

New among SSPs is King Of The Court, which features a lion designed with a pop art feel in the background.
