Comics, Books & Trading Cards
Due to the collectability of the comics, books and trading cards that we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any comics, books or trading cards unless one of the following limited scenarios applies:
Item(s) lost or damaged in transit: Please let us know as soon as possible!If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within seven (7) business days of receipt of your item(s) or within seven (7) days of when you should have received them.
Item(s) not of the advertised grade, or wrong item was sent: Please let us know of the problem within seven (7) days of receipt.If we need you to return the item(s), you will need to follow the Return Process outlined below.
Sealed Merchandise and Apparel
We do accept returns and exchanges on sealed merchandise and apparel. If the rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your item(s) to ensure that a return may be accepted. If you fail to contact us before returning your item(s), you expressly agree and understand that we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted.
We can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and unworn items.Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or credit for your item so long as it is returned in the same condition as it was when originally sent to you, excluding any shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Any payment surcharges applied to your order during payment are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
Contact email@example.com to let us know you would like to return an item. Wait for confirmation from us before returning your item(s). Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item. Include the original order invoice with the package so we can locate your order in our system upon return.

Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, we recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx for returns exceeding $500.00 due to their comprehensive tracking and automatic insurance. Keep in mind all shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.In the event you choose not to insure the package and it is lost or damaged in transit back to us, the return may be rejected.
When your package is received by us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to five (5) business days to be posted to your account.
